Good animation in general, but it seems like he's talking with a constant smile and that prevents his lips from making the necessary mouth shapes for the lip sync, specifically with the "o" sounds. Also, his lips are puckered the entire animation too and that also prevents him from making the right "f" shape with his lips.

Great acting stuff in here. But the constant break in the rig to cause that smile really detracts from the great work here!
