Why not add some eye blinks? The only things that move are their mouths. :-)

You might consider ignoring all coloring and "final lines" and especially lip sync until you really get some animation going in rough form. Right now this is hardly even animation, it's just swapping mouths on a still image. Work much, much looser and get movement on screen before you do any clean up, and you'll end up with a much better end result. Good luck with future entries, keep at it!
