One thing about 2D animation is that you really need to redraw every frame when you're going for the looseness you've got in the faces here. Otherwise it just looks off. Even if the other parts don't move that much, drawovers will keep it alive and feeling correct, instead of animated in pieces. Good luck with future entries!
