I think the camera is a too far away from the action and too much on their backs.
If the man was in the foreground, so you could see the syringe close up, and the woman was facing from more I think that'd make a better shot.

Very floaty, I also feel as though you should go back to the planning stage and re-think the performance :(

It would be nice if the characters were facing the camera so we could see their expressions!
