The strongest part is the blue character's animation in the last shot. The orange character is a bit choppy overall and needs more exaggeration in his expressions. The last shot is the strongest animation for the orange character. The story telling here looks ambitious, so I suggest adding a couple moments of silence beforehand so the audience can absorb what they're looking at before the characters start talking.
