I like the way you chose to animate the guy with the hat, but I have a hard time grasping the emotion of the other guy.

I absolutely love the second character's movements but your cuts at the end make the ending a bit ambiguous. I can figure out what's happening but it's not clear enough. The first character could also use some wave action for a more believable drunkenness.

83 - 186 is good, and the last shot. 173-195 needs more accentuation during the sigh though
