Nice try, but there's a few things.
The shot design need improvements. The elf is back to the audience at first, so the elf had to turn to the audience in order to see his acting. but this make things get a little bit awkward as the character seems not interacting each other.
To solve the problem, you can spit the shot into two shot over the shoulder, this solve the staging problem and also reduce your workloads to tell the story.
In animation, the girl drop down his head after her first line, the drop seems not natural and disconnected the interaction with the elf. And for the elf around F180-220, you could see his hands moved while his elbow was stilled, this makes his hand and arm not connected and un-natural.
These are the things that need to be improved. But don't worry, you caught the rhythm well with the character motions. Just improved those things and you would be a better animator, KEEP IT UP!!!

Add more In-Betweens and Slow in and outs. More Animation fundamentals needed
