cute and simlple. :)
Kyra Simone:
There is a very strong idea of 'weight' in the character's faces... the drag of the eyes and anticipation in the first scene really stand out! Use that intuition to amplify the weight in the rest of the body, especially at the waist of our suspended elf. Polishing that bounce would give this a good oomph.
Jerry Lau:
The girl motion is fine, the only thing can improve for the girl motion is that the upper eye lid should close more when she's looking down.
For the elf, the body seems too still in the situation of being hanged. Also at the moment of him saying "Well", the body can move with arc, as if you look at his head it seems dropping linear. And both hands' fingers shake is too exaggerated around F155-F180.
But these are just minor issue, the animation and idea was good, keep it up!!!
Jennie:
As a mom, I can't help but think "dish-washing-gloves"

add more Inbetweens, slow in and outs. Work on the Animation fundamentals.
His hands need more work, they seem to pause or slowdown frame 50 to 100
