Lot of room for improvement here, I think one of the big things is camera cuts/framing. There's too many cuts, and jumping between camera angles is confusing.
On the animation side, make sure you're using easing/splines, and think about offsetting the timing between some of your limbs/actions. Adding some slight drag as you move down the limb will add a sense of flexibility, so the characters feel less rigid/stiff
