I liked your expressions in this shot but there are some Weight issue from 16-29. How could she raise herself up with out hands on the table and only a single leg on the floor? I think this shot could be pretty good if you zoom the camera closer and focus on a few poses and act within those poses.

a slow zoom in or cut would bring us closer to the action and help us see her better, since the focus is above the table after frame 28.

the acting feels very pose-to-pose, make sure you're adding some offset to the timing of different limbs, so it feels a little more fluid/flexible. Seems like you're trying to do too much in too little time, don't be afraid to simplify!
