The walk up with the little elephant looks mechanical / robotic. And he stops on a dime instead of a bit of follow-through. I would try to improve on that.

Good animation, and funny set up, but it's a little off putting when the audio hints at serious conflict of interests, but a baby elephant making demands to it's mother seems more childish or innocent than serious. Granted that's more a me thing as I like it when the animation and setting matches the audio, but some people enjoy contrasts and humor more.
