Interesting idea... however, it's a bit jarring overall.
And in general, it lacks the fundamentals.
It also breaks the 180 rule of composition. First shot the male character is running right to left, however the next shot, the other character is running in the same direction. If he's tied and getting pulled, then he should be facing screen right instead of screen left and the rope should be pulling him from screen left.
And the camera movement is too much to see this happening.
