Good effort! Your characters lack weight to them and are floaty throughout. Remember all animation should be based off of the "bouncing ball" exercise. I see a little hint of that but it's not much. I'll just point out one example that could improve. At the beginning where the male character's body slumps down to relax at around frame 25 on the bench, the root doesn't move down and back up at all to react to the body slumping, it just rotates. Have the upper body come down then the root/hips to make it look like the upper is pushing the lower then settles.
The left arm at frame 28 looks broken. The camera angle on this is not doing you any favors. Maybe change that if you can't fix.
Watch out for "twinning" happening with your arms at around 134-140 with the female character. In fact, try creating an offset with the pose at frame 135 by having one arm up higher and the other lower and think about the line of action here. She just goes straight back. Try and create a more interesting pose.
What's going on with the female's collar at around frame 56? Try to fix if you can. Sometimes rigs do weird things.

I think this scene could have been done in one shot rather than cutting back and forth, seeing the characters sharing the scene and interacting with each other in one shot is much better than cutting back and forth just to get a clear view of each individual's upper body.
