This looks like a test, but I want to mention things that stick out to me.

I would like to see some body in there instead of just the floating heads but maybe you didn't have time or didn't want to hassle with that.

Lip sync is off and needs improvement. It's a bit ambiguous.

Timing with ease ins and outs can improve.

Composition needs improving. What you have is not very interesting.
