There's an art to the framing, and the pen removal is nice subtle-ness but it all seems a little too ..fast.

I would've just had him remove the cap off the pen with both hands and not with his mouth, because what you did made the lip-sync off for a second since he was still supposed to be speaking. Otherwise, the concept works well with the audio.
