I feel like this is probably a Don Bluth animator using her/his spare time to flex, but the flex is good.
Characters seem alive, the cartoon moves are well-timed, everything has weight.
It might be tricky for AnimationMentor to try to be critical.

The hand-drawn animation and range of motions on the characters are well done. Nice expressions too. It looks cute and amusing.

this was very good, main thing that threw me off is the lipsync, there is a huge mismatch, but the acting is sooo on point.
