I feel like the reaction at the end when the character realizes he is talking to himself should have been more emphasized. He starts glancing around which seemed a little odd, instead he maybe should have just stared at the direction where the other character went. Also, don't be afraid to put more exaggeration on the characters. Also might have been a good idea to show that the " hey bill" character was more distracted, have him have a cell phone prop or kinda show him lose interest in the other characters response. It just seemed a little abrupt when he walks away. Overall, a decent job.

When the man in the green top begins to walk, it looks like he's gliding for the first few frames of the action but the rest of the animation is good with exceptional poses, facial work and lip sync.
