This is a good animation. I would have bill pop up faster on the word very and give him a little bit of a moving hold while he is holding his arms in the air.

Good poses, lip sync and facial animation. I especially like Bill's expression when he says, "adequatulance."

It would have been nice to see him only look up at the last second. I think that really would have given more emphasis on his expression at the end. That's being nitpicky though. Good job!
