I really like your idea. There is still a lot of polishing to do but this is a very good concept

The story idea is excellent. I don't get the reaction at the end though. It seems contrary to the lion wanting to scare him. Also, it looks like the computer is doing too much of the tweening. When you are adding your key poses, you'll also want to adjust your timing. Put in some holds and hard stops so the character doesn't look like he is floating around.

Interesting seeing a lion. The only issues are the lion's floaty movements and Bill could turn his head when the lion asks him if everything is going adequately. Other than that, the poses and facial expressions are good as is the lip sync - I especially like the lion scaring Bill off at the end because it is funny.
