More in-betweens are needed but good lip sync and poses otherwise.

Cool concept. It could use a bit more easing as right now it feels like there aren't enough frames between poses. It's too "zippy" if that makes sense. Be careful keeping your character on model in really difficult angles, like the final downward shot of the mouse. That can be very tricky, and you'll need to really make sure it's spot on so it looks right. Otherwise you can always recompose it using a little less severe of a camera position. Good luck with your future entries, always nice to see traditional 2D!
