I like your staging and the mellowness of the character which matches the dialogue. I wasn't sure what he was holding in his hand until the 2nd time I watched it. That may need more clarity. The pose around f117 feels a little awkward and unmotivated. The hand at around f238 is blocking the mouth which felt a little distracting. Around f300 there's some issues with his R eye. Not sure if it's intentional or not. I like your use of the paper documents, and the finger movement at the end.

more weight needed through arms, when they touch surfaces etc. i think, good start

around 223, his hand is right in his face. You may want to lower it a bit. so the fingers aren't blocking anything.
