I think you have some good movement with the head, which compliments the audio. The first thing that caught my eye was how the body seems to be slowly drifting. In my case I copy my keys of the poses I want to hold in the blocking stage so when I go to spline the pose stays locked. Hope that helps.

Good job with lip sync animation, be careful with eye blink. I would probably use a better angle of the camera.

i dont like the pupil changing the scale. and sometimes the eyes takes a long time to move, this is weird, you can make that with 3 frames. the sync is good. keep improving
