Need to work on ease in/ease out. Some of the transitions are too linear.

I like it, but it's still just a little too floaty.

Also, I'm not rating you on this, but try not to have such a wide aspect if you're not going to do anything with all that space. You could have brought the camera a lot closer to Norman and made him more readable.

Steve Schwartz:

Camera is way out there. I would bring it in a little more, to get the legs out of there. No real need to be that far out.

Sandra Tapia:

Nice lip sync animation. I would probably work more on hand gestures.

Tobias Fuhr:

i like it, but i think you could have some object to interact... his hands needs a diferent pose. try better poses.
