The beginning lip sync looks off. However, towards the ending, it looks more on point.

Another detail I'd like you to add would be more eye animation. When we turn with our head, our eyes tend to lead first. Look at some follow through and overlapping examples for body movement.

The girl has a deadpan expression, her eyes should be focused on something for the first half. Movements are also very unnatural. You're starting to get the basics down though, keep practicing!
