I like the character animation, but the lip syncing needs some work.

The mouths can use a bit more precision though. I don't know if it's just how it's playing back for me. The man's lips look pretty could and suit the tone.
I think the woman''s mouth mostly works but right around where she says " F word" it's not quite hitting. Maybe make more of an o shape mouth fo the start of "word" and if you anticipate that shape by animating into it on "F" from an open mouth position down to the "oo" shape for word and then jsut slightly open that to a bit wider o shape near the end of "Word" it should flow nicely into " every" afterwords .
