the movements are very jittery and spastic, start blocking out the movement with a simple ball, so you can really nail the intended movement, and then build up from there! That should help cut down on some of the jitter. You can also plan out your mouth shapes/timing on the side, and then paste or draw in the shapes where the mouth needs to go on the ball

The eyes changing shapes the way they do at the end is a distraction. The pony tail needs to have the wave principle applied to it.

Love the concept! I feel like there's almost too much movement in the faces and lip syncs, but it's a great piece nonetheless.
