Anthony:
Very jerky. The hood goes from off to on between frames 46 and 47. The arms jump drastically between frames 50 and 51. Another dramatic change in poses between 154 and 155, 165 to 166, and 191 to 192. This is a mix of nicely smoothed movements and massive jerk movements. Mouth movements seem to be basically open or closed. There's an "L" mouth at frame 71, but that's where the variety ends.
