Love her personality, I feel that maybe working on the head a little more would stop it from looking a little floating in the beginning.

Nice! But her head feels slouched down from 58 onwards and from 178 to 208, the face expression looks too forced (way too extreme on frame 196!). At 285, this pose disconnects me from the character as i can't see her face. Over all the facial will need improvement. Apart from the tha animation is quite smooth.
