Im not sure what you wanted reviewed here, if it was lip sync/facial animation or body movements, because they're both underdeveloped. If it was facial features and lipsync and not the body form, you should have that all the way through and the bodies basic, and vice versa, but the form is jerky and there isnt a lot of detail on the lip sync you do have. at the end (140) there really isnt anything to judge.
You have some skill, so next time, if you dont want to make an entire animation focus on what you want to improve and what you want judged and put all the effort on that.

I would LOVE to have seen this finished! Your style lends itself to animation quite well, and your roughs are hitting all the right beats. Only suggestion would be to crop in a bit so we can see the characters better
