If you had a closer up shot of the child character as they were talking that would help a lot. Right now they take up too little of the frame and are kind of hard to see.

Good start. A few things. The staging could be better. A lot of the first character's acting is done in profile, and the second character is quite small in frame. Next time I'd think about either doing some camera work, or staging both characters larger in frame and more 3/4 to each other. Theres also a lot of acting happening on the SL character as the SR character is talking, so its hard to know where to focus in the very busy frame.

David Fliesen:

Interesting plot you have with the dead officers, but a bit hard for us to see your work animating it. I think the lips are a bit off and the body movements are a bit unnatural. Also it should start with the sound clip instead of that brief jumpy animation of the officer's hand that you started with.
