Really nice poses and expressions, some of the movements are really nice like when he looks up but in general the inbetweens flow better, theres too much stopping and starting of movement

Good animation. Minor adjustments that I feel would give it more of a relatable feel to the shot. Change the opening hand pose with the cup. With the following actions with that hand, one would be led to believe there was a liquid in the cup.

Use some eye darts, the slow look to SL at the beginning and the following head movement feels to linear. Break up the motion to give it better readability.
