Anthony:
The lip sync isn't done particularly well. There don't appear to be mouth shapes to align with the sounds being made. All of the characters movements are very slow and unnatural looking. They are all seemingly paced the same, which just isn't realistic.
Some of the actions the character are taking seem out of place with the dialogue as well. For example, why is he cupping his mouth in frame 122? He looks like he should be yelling or whispering, neither of which are happening in the audio.
The character himself is well drawn, and the quarter head turn is well drawn as well. Pacing and fit aside, the animations are well drawn and smooth.

Description: (unfineshed) He is talking to his niece and then she scares him. at the end he is touching the middle of the screen. It was supposed to be her pushing the screen when was angry and him putting the split screen in the middle.
