Lip-syncing is great! But they could both move/gesture around a bit more. They’re kind of stiff.

Good concept! I like how you've used relative poses so you could focus on the performances, and the earring physics are a nice touch.
I have some technical suggestions: if you want to make it look less robotic, animate from the pelvis first and ensure body movements happen on multiple axis at once.
Look at how her head moves from frames 70 to 80, and then 80 to 90. Moving her head should cause a subtle sway in her pelvis, which creates anticipation and follow-through. Bodies also don't rotate on single axis like that, and should go more "diagonal". Have a play with it, and you'll see what I mean

I did not animate the hair since I did not have much time left.
Experience: 4 months.
Time taken: 2 hours everyday after work and approximately 6 hours each day on weekends.
