Interesting idea, and I like the snappiness of the transitions, but you gotta have greater contrast with his "in character" moments, which are too snappy as well-they should be smooth and realistic by contrast, I feel

great concept, but timing looks off for me. the jittering is too slow i guess. and overall you should use more overlap...
