The staging is done quite well, and the expressions and mouth movements fit the track! The only notable issue that I have with this is when the man puts his hands back in defense. The motion of the general body is fine, but the hands & arms, in the case of his body language, are much more delayed and slow than they should be (unless I'm reading it wrong). I don't know quite how to explain why, but the hands should stabilize before the head in the raising. In addition, give it a little more "pop" with the arms going back. Snap them into place. (sorry if this is incoherent, I'm really tired).

Hi there.
When I was first starting out, no one ever
took the time to say anything on my shots.
I can't give you constructive feedback here,
as your work seems to lack an overall
understanding of the principles of animation.
However, I emplore you to seek out these
books, and began your studies.
"Character Animation Crash Course"-Eric Goldberg
"Acting for Animators"- Revised Edition
"How to Cheat in Maya 2012/2014"-Lutha Roy
There are many more, but these will get you
started. Best of luck on your journey!
