There isn't enough happening here. Medic pretty much keeps the same facial expression through the whole thing. And the movement of the girl in the beginning is awkward. Add more padding to your characters so they don't look like so robotic, and think about the facial animation more.

The timing here is awesome. The "health" symbols are SOOO distracting though! Also watch those TWINS throughout most of this shot. Offset body parts so it doesn't seem as mechanical.
