Nice job. The movements are too linear and uniform. I'd like some variation. Try your best to avoid the sudden paper movement at around frame 87. Keep it up though, and you could be doing amazing work :)

The motions are too slow. Add more speed contrast and your animation will improve drastically.

Some good posing, movements are a bit floaty, but nice effort.

Kyra Toomey:

The posing was coming along, but the main thing that's hurting is it's all splined and the timing is impacted by that. Try mixing up timing for different stuff to punctuate the audio. Ex. When he goes to jab his cane at "Call him" make it fast with overshoot and settle. And avoid letting the computer spline.
