Too floaty performance throughout. I would recommend shooting reference next time.

Great looking characters, Animation needs a little work, the young man seems to float in rather than walk, and the lip sync needs work such as more mouth shapes, but it looks nice. Camera angles are good too. :)

The animation here is pretty shy. You could exagerate more your poses, especially in the facial expression. Except that, your character seems to be simply floating from pose to pose. I suggest you to add more breaking poses.
