I think that the black shirt blond guy could be more invasive. The lipsing is a bit too much. Basically, it looks like you tried to animate every single phonems. It is a fairly common mistake. Try to film yourself just saying those sentenses with a close up of your mouth and you'll you don't articulate everything. Personally, I use a miror on my desk to check how I pronounce every words before animate them.
