Pretty good. Could be improve (particulary on the moving hold on the old character at the end) But over all, it is a very good start. Just need some polishing!

The camera cuts are a little confusing

The second camera cut doesn't hook up cleanly. The guy is already looking at the character who isn't talking, why turn his head again? Don't have the first chaacter stare into the camera. It's disconcerning and only used in very select cercumstances when you WANT the audience to feal uneasy. Lip sync could do with a but more polish to define the sounds better. Good acting on everyones part though.
