I don't know if you worked with key poses but if you didn't, I think it could improve your work. Also, if you didn't read it, I strongly suggest you to read Richard Williams' book : Animator's Survival Kit.

terrible choice of acting you should record yourself to get better motion, your acting was so slow and too many static parts

Movements aren't very fluid quite jerky, but it reads well with an obvious narrative, good job.
