You definitly should add more moving hold in your characters. Also your king should react a bit more when the other guy is talking. Also, add more contrast between your poses.

no camera change or real movement. just a little boring.

Animation and lip sync seems good, background is quite distracting, and character one is lost a tiny bit in it, but otherwise good work.

Samidha Kumar:

nice staging... but work on the holds and timing and poses. A video reference always helps :)
