You have the fundamentals down pretty well. And you obviously put a lot of work into this.
Budget time for cleanup (tracing and linework), because a lot of animators get to this stage and never put the final polish on a work, figuring that their time is better spent animating something new.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Finishing something is more than just making it shiny. Only by finishing a work will you see what choices you made early on were bad choices, and what could have been done to make it better or do it faster.
Also, work on timing, key poses, and character design. These characters suffice to get the dialog out, but they have no charm or personality.
Do keep it up. You show a lot of promise.

Unfortunately the performance gets lost slightly in the poor linetest quality. For example the jolt around frame 200 is hard to understand. Don't let the shooting spoil all your hard work next time :)
