Incorporating and showing the actual dragon was a good idea!

Over animated. Your rabbit character is too distracting. What he's doing might be fine for a pantomime shot, but it takes all the attention away from the conversation and becomes confusing to watch when you try to take in the dialogue whilst watching a rabbit perform a dozen big 'scared' actions in only ten seconds of animation.
