The mouth shapes are nice and readable and the gestures of the characters are smooth.

I suppose the major thing that leaps out to me is that nothing really happens in the animation. It's good and its nicely presented, but it would probably be aided quite significantly by adding a little more punch and appeal to your actions.

Good animation, I don't always feel the two characters talking to each other enough. At 90, I don't understand why the left character do that, that's a bit wierd.

I think it’s really smooth. There could be more contrast in between the mouth shapes. Like, bigger mouths for the ‘o’ sounds. Just to make a lip-synch more interesting.
