Framing is nice, and the set up is good.

There's not much in the character (whose hanging out the windows) body language or positioning that really indicates its any great feat of strength that he's hanging out the window. Showing a bit more strain in his arms by dropping down his core and occasionally have him adjusting his grip would be a great way to sell this.

The hit with the syringe at the end is interesting, but it feels like the visuals hit way after the audio spike. To quote Richard Williams, if in doubt make the visual hit before the sound or at most level with it, never after.
