Aaron Rivera:
The movement from 99 to 118 looks too slow for him to be knocked back like that, and the poses could be stronger to emphasize the quickness of the motions. otherwise pretty dang solid!
Caitlin Cooke:
The whole thing seems to be in slow-mo. Speed up certain aspects and the slow-mo will have a better impact
Jim P:
real good. Flying into the pillar was too slow though.
Alex:
Decent, but needs tightening.
Benjamin Berg:
Very floaty and there is some sliding in the feet.
Danny Kneip:
Crossing the line of action is a dangerous thing that disorients the viewer, and it's done here at least twice, and probably not necessary. The guard's first two knife swings seem powerful at first blush, but only because of the motion blur. His body is not into the action, and the blades have very little impact on the shield (F71 - the only cue that the sword hit that shield is the audio, which is more powerful than the actual visual!). The kicking of Stewart into the post F95 is nice, but too slow, and he more floats backwards than is forced back and his impact is soft, compared to the audio impact, which sounds crushing! He could have lost his shield upon impact and that would have shown the devastation of the kick. Overall, it's a good concept with some nice poses, but the action is a little flat in areas.
Diane Aarts:
