for this type of animation you have to work on your rythm more. dont just place text. the speed in which the text appears has to reflect the personality of the person talking. play with the typo as well

Well, just so you know, motion graphics, or kinetic typography can barely be considered as animation, let alone character animation.
Could be nice on your reel, but not for this competition.
