The rule for 3D animation is that everything has to be moving. Always. Otherwise your work will look lifeless and unfinished. There should be no still frames. Also keep in mind that some movements from one part of the body will sometimes effect the other part of the body, even just slightly.
Richard Adams:
Feels very stiff overall.
Szilard Hadobas:
Never stop the character totally, because it feels robotic now.. Or blocking... In this case create the breakdowns, then work on the splining. Don't forget the anticipation/action/reaction triumvirate...
