It's a bit unclear who's speaking in the beginning, I know it's supposed to be the narrator, but it seems more like he's speaking to himself, to make it more clear that it's a narrator (if it that's what you're going for), maybe the guy with the camera can look up in a confused/shocked way to indicate it's a voice you can't see.

And if he is, in fact, talking to himself, then you could exaggerate his movements to emphasize that it's either his inner thoughts or his insanity (ex: pointing, varying facial expressions, looking around).

As for positives, I like that he's taking pictures of the environment. I like the overall camera movement, and his reactions are pretty good too!
